The Call

The Call

pray1Dear Ones, As I searched the Word and asked for Father’s heart I felt He wanted me to share about the shame of our nakedness. I did not expect to write a poem but the words filled my mind. I am one who has been at His feet, seen my sin, the pride in my heart and have been forgiven. The fire is hot for many of my brothers and sisters but this poem He gave me rings with hope. Those who endure to the end will emerge glorious.

Are you one in the fire? I say—rejoice! You are chosen, set apart and being prepared, for His great service, in these latter days. This—is for YOU!

The Call

“I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.”

Revelation 3:18

 In making themselves wise

They became naked

In their own prudence their clothing was corrupted

Their gold became dim

And the glory of the Lord departeddarkness

Today the Spirit is calling men to the fire

To buy from Him gold that will not diminish

Christmas lightsTo lay bare before Him, their pride uncovered

The shame of their nakedness

Revealed by His Word…healed in His presence

And the Spirit is calling

Come, buy, drink

You who are thirsty and I will fill you

With living water that brings no remorse?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Come, learn of Me and take counsel of Me

For the fear of men brings ruin.

Open are the gates I set before you

But who will hear My call?

Who will come and sweetly yield his soul into My keeping

Who will trust Me to refine him as gold in the fire

Who will keep My testimony when the winds are contrary

fireAnd who will bow the knee and call me Lord

Even from the burning fiery furnace?

So My eyes run to and fro upon the face of the Earth

Searching for one who delights to do My Father’s will

For one who from the fire I have refined as gold

Upon this one will I bestow my glory, my understanding

That he may rule and reign with Me

Oh, men of Adam’s race, My longed for, My joy and My crowndaughter of the King

 I call to you

I lay my plea and expose my heart to you,

For the way is not easy; many fall in the desert

But the one who yields his soul to the refiner’s fire

Will come out shining as the sun—as an alabaster city

This one will receive an unfading crown, gold which perishes notsunrise

And I will give this one a new name

Because he came—  answered My call–endured the fire!

And emerged from the desert—full of My glory!
